Verifort
About

Small governments were left out.

Compliance software is priced and designed for organizations with compliance departments. Everyone else is told to use spreadsheets and hope. Verifort exists because that is a bad answer.

Who builds this

Verifort is a product of AtlasICS, built by professionals in government regulation and cybersecurity with more than twenty years of experience each.

That matters for a specific reason. The policy module is shaped by policies our team had to write and defend. The audit module is shaped by audits they had to survive. The accessibility module exists because the ADA Title II rule landed on their desk the way it is landing on yours.

Every piece of this was built because the work was real and the tools were not good enough.

Why local government

A town of 1,800 has the same obligations as a city of a million: the same federal accessibility rule, the same breach notification law, the same CJIS requirements if the police department touches state data. What it does not have is anyone whose job that is.

The large vendors are not interested in a $4,000 contract. Consultants charge more for one audit than a small town spends on software all year. So the work does not get done, and nobody finds out until something goes wrong or a demand letter arrives.

Verifort is priced and built for exactly that gap. Published pricing, unlimited users, no implementation invoice, and an interface a clerk can operate without training.

Where it runs

Hosted on AWS in the United States, with your own database. If your state requires in-state or on-premise hosting, we can do that too.

Procurement

We will complete your vendor forms, provide W-9 and insurance certificates, and respond to RFPs. We are used to public purchasing and we do not fight it.

Talk to the person who built it.

Not a sales development rep reading a script. On a Verifort demo you are talking to someone who can answer a technical question properly.
