Not a city or county?
Sheriff's offices, water and sewer districts, school districts, transit authorities, library systems, councils of government and other special districts do not map neatly to a population. We price those on full-time employee count instead:
- Under 25 employees — same as Under 2,500
- 25 to 100 — same as 2,500 to 10,000
- 100 to 250 — same as 10,000 to 25,000
- 250 to 500 — same as 25,000 to 50,000

If you serve a defined population that is larger than your staff suggests, we will use whichever measure is fairer to you.
What is metered
Users are unlimited. Policies, audits, incidents, inventory records and contracts are unlimited. The only thing with a ceiling is accessibility scanning, because every page scanned is a real cost on our side:
- Under 10,000 population — up to 250 pages per scan
- 10,000 to 50,000 — up to 1,000 pages per scan
- 50,000 and above — up to 5,000 pages per scan
Scan as often as you like within those limits. Most municipal sites are well under the first tier.
Joint purchases welcome
Several small towns sharing one IT contractor can buy together. Talk to us and we will work out something sensible.
Nobody to operate it? That is the normal answer.
